The Employees of Jones Computer Service believe in providing its customers with services and products that are of the highest level of quality. To ensure that this high standard remains constant, the members of the JCS team must adhere to the following:
Friendly Service - All services rendered must be done in such a way that the customer feels that they have received their services in a courteous, personal manner. The customer should walk away feeling that they were the center of attention.
Zero Failure Rate of JCS Products - All products leaving Jones Computer Service must be in 100% working order and in peak operating conditions. All new products, upgrades and repairs must be thoroughly tested so that, not only are the customer's needs met, but any potential problems are discovered and addressed.
Honest and Helpful Answers to All Customer Inquiries - All customer questions will be answered in an up-to-date, truthful and informative manner. If the employee cannot answer the question due to lack of knowledge, they will research the subject and will contact the customer once the information is at hand. We believe that an educated public will better understand the products or services that they are receiving and thus will be able to judge for themselves the quality of their purchases.
